it's all abt the money $

cant think of any cool titles for this entry...probably my inner devil is money-faced...wahahaz...so it's not me...or maybe it's me...ok...this is getting a tiny weeny bit confusing....

most of us (me & frens) are working now...working for the exp to put in nice words...but for me...it's more for the money to enjoy? hahaz...to rather spend my time rotting at home...it's definitely a wise decision to move my butt off the couch & start working...so i slowly discovered the other side of me...yesh...a workaholic 'vanessa'....ppl say tat i'm hardworking to struggle between temp full time & part time jobs...y? hahaz..becos who'll refuse to earn extra cash? the truth reveals tat as u grow older...u tend to splurge more on comfort...ranging from clothes to food...and our age is beginning to deny our privilege of asking parents for money for self-indulgement....(u see...a few more yrs...21 yrs old=independence mentally & sadly....financially) sometimes i wish i'm still a kid...however...maybe it's more cool to spend ur own hard-earned cash...and u can really buy wat u like with no objections...but there's one more ironic thing...before we can earn money...we have to spend first to earn it...get it? ( office wear lahz...transport fee lahz...food fee lahz.....aiyohz...)

lately...i realised my company's office politics were getting a bit ermz...interesting? wat i'm facing in the office everyday are dreadful relationships...scandals!!...paparazzi....hahahaz...in schs...i always luv these stuff to the max...hehehez...cos i gossip mahz...but of cos office situation is different...i cant really give any comments (or else i'll be courting my own death lohz...) so all i do is observe & listen & analyse...luckily i'm a temp...not qualified to be their talk of the week...hehez...but soon all will come to the end....oh...i went back home with my senior on one of the days last week...we chatted and she's actually a nice person to talk to..but i'm still afraid of her somehow...maybe becos i treat her as my mentor/teacher...

yeah! meet up with pingz & ongz (miss them lots...esp ping lahz...cos i can see ong's face often :P) ytd for KBOX session at pp branch...we sang quite a number of songs & devour the klunch with delight...haiz...but this time we didnt drag the time...hahahaz...cos we feel paiseh lahz...i really like pp branch kbox...maybe better than hougang...cos the room & tv are bigger...we shld sing at more diff outlets...maybe can try the one at amk...or town area....later we went to popular to shop for ping's notebk...popular also brought back memories cos it's one of the main stops of pp for us...hehehz...last time my second home was pp (the shopping mall tat gave me a b3 for O levels eng! thanx so much!) during sec days...now it's hougang mall....hahaz...which mall will it be next?

juz had a terrific reunion dinner at my grandma's house hrs ago...i like my grandma's cooking...so i think i ate alot ( all the good food...abalone! sea cucumber! duck! roast meat!)...yesh...i also ate my 2007 first 'yu sheng'....very delicious cos many many slices of raw fish are added in...oh great...i'm getting into the festive mood....

haiz...this coming week will be sooo lonely...cos most of my colleagues took long cny leave...so i'll be only one left? wat's more scary? 'O' Levels results were out last fri...which means 'A' Levels results are coming out soon? *_*

Btw....Happy Valentine's Day (14 feb)....(another yr of signifying my singlehood....hahz!)
